送貨資料

  1. 送貨政策

    1. 免費送貨服務

    如購買貨品的折實金額滿港幣$3000或以上(每張訂單計算), 可享免費送貨服務(只限商業區)。

    2. 送貨範圍

    送貨範圍不包括離島及禁區。

    3. 送貨時間

    • 訂購辦公椅可於付款確認後3-4星期內送達,辦公枱及櫃則需3-4星期或以上送達。
    • 送貨時間為星期一至六 (公眾假期除外),上午9時至晚上6時,因不同地區而有所不同,不能指定送貨日期及時間。
    • 或因應個別供應商的情況而安排,故貨品或未能同一天送達。送貨詳情會於送貨前1個工作天以電話確認。

    4. 惡劣天氣安排

    如遇上八號颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警告,當日及翌日之送貨服務可能會延遲或取消,匯才將聯絡顧客再作安排。

    5. 收貨地址及額外費用

    • 收貨地址之街道必須容許貨車停泊。
    • 於送貨時,若送貨之貨車不能直達樓宇大門而需要推運貨品,或樓宇沒有升降機或所購貨品不能或不獲進入升降機而需要由樓梯搬運上樓,客戶均需繳交額外費用。

    6. 收貨責任及逾期費用

    • 客戶須於訂單確認後7個工作天內在訂單上指明的送貨地址收貨。倘若客戶未能根據本條款收取貨品,匯才將向客戶收取行政費及存倉費。

    7. 再次送貨費用

    • 如匯才在與客戶已約定的送貨日期及時間送貨,但客戶未能收取貨品,匯才將安排再次送貨並向客戶收取額外送貨費。

    8. 額外費用支付方式

    • 所有額外費用、行政費及存倉費將由運輸人員於送貨時收取,客戶須以現金支付。

    Delivery Policy

    1. Free Delivery Service

    Enjoy free delivery for orders with a net purchase amount of HK$3,000 or above (calculated per order). This offer applies to commercial areas only.

    2. Delivery Area

    Delivery service is not available to outlying islands and restricted areas.

    3. Delivery Time

    • Office chairs: Delivery within 3-4 weeks after payment confirmation.
    • Office desks and cabinets: Delivery within 3-4 weeks or more after payment confirmation.
    • Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Delivery times may vary depending on the district and cannot be specified.
    • Due to supplier arrangements, items may not be delivered on the same day. Delivery details will be confirmed by phone 1 working day before the scheduled delivery date.

    4. Inclement Weather Arrangements

    In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning, delivery services on the affected day and the following day may be delayed or canceled. Customers will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.

    5. Delivery Address and Additional Charges

    • The delivery address must be accessible by truck.
    • Additional charges will apply if:
      • The delivery truck cannot reach the building entrance directly and manual transportation of goods is required.
      • The building lacks an elevator.
      • The purchased goods cannot be transported by elevator or are not permitted to be transported by elevator, requiring them to be carried upstairs.

    6. Customer Receipt Responsibility and Late Fees

    • Customers are required to take delivery of their orders at the specified delivery address within 7 working days of order confirmation.
    • Failure to do so will result in administrative and storage fees charged to the customer.

    7. Re-delivery Fee

    • If delivery cannot be completed at the agreed-upon date and time due to the customer's unavailability, a re-delivery fee will be charged for subsequent delivery attempts.

    8. Payment Method for Additional Charges

    • All additional charges, including administrative fees, storage fees, and re-delivery fees, must be paid in cash to the delivery personnel upon delivery.
